Main Responsibilities
  • Represent FAA products and services by having a comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how FAA solutions meet clients’ needs.
  • Meet weekly, monthly and yearly sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Generate leads, build relationship planning, and organise daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
  • Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional services and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycles to close new business in all service categories offered.
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs
  • Coordinate with other colleagues to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience within the professional service industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and presentation skills with strong business and organisational development acumen
  • Possess good proficiency in sales management and CRM softwares
  • Possess good integrity
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
  • Proven sales success rate
  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree and above in Business or any related and relevant areas
  • High proficiency in English and Malay (spoken and written)
