Responsibilities

  • Provide a full range of HR consulting services and problem solving including employee relations, compensation and rewards, organisational design and development, talent acquisition and performance management.  Help to drive organisational performance by driving core business objectives.
  • Ensure effective execution of the organization’s recruitment strategy, including establishment and maintenance of relationship with external recruiters, understanding hiring managers’ needs, creating job description, interviewing, and have ownership on new employee’s induction programme.
  • Conduct annual manpower planning – identifying the organisation’s requirements for both current and future needs, establishing a demand gap and providing strategies to overcome the gap.
  • Builds a high –performance team by delivering programmes and facilitating performance goal setting and talent reviews task and connecting it with rewards system.
  • To establish and develop a dialogue and relationship with senior management/heads to understand the key performance issues and associated people requirements to meet both current and future organisational challenges.
  • Generate periodic reports to maintain and update the agency’s competencies at all levels and ensure the effective usage and utilisation of competencies
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Ensure Human Resources matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and agency requirements.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual needs.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programmes.  Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree/Post Graduate in Human Resources or other related field
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant HR experience and resolution of complex employee relation issues, preferably in multi-cultural / international working environment.
  • Excellent consulting skills
  • Strong conflict management, interpersonal ad negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and spoken level of English, essential
  • Develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
  • Effectively envision, develop and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues.
  • Ability to understand issues domestically and internationally and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Be flexible, self-directed, motivated and available to interact with employees at all levels
  • Take initiate to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation.
  • Highly IT literate with advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint essential
