Responsibilities

  • Work with CDO to define and develop the long-term strategic goals for Business Development, in line with FAA’s overall strategy.
  • Identifies new business opportunities for FAA and builds relationships with potential clients within relevant markets.
  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
  • Propose solutions to meet clients’ needs and requirements without compromising FAA’s standards and practices.
  • Creates negotiates and closes accreditation and quality assurance related initiatives
  • Analyses the progress of revenue-generation goals and make recommendations for adjustments/interventions as required.
  • Develops partnerships and collaborations that will enable FAA to enter markets more easily.
  • Ensures sales performance is in line with the organization’s growth objectives.
  • Feeds into lead nurturing strategy.
  • Effectively communicates the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understands category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Coaches, mentors and develops employees, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning opportunities.
  • Fosters a spirit of teamwork and unity among department members that allows for disagreement over ideas, conflict and expeditious conflict resolution, and the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesiveness, supportiveness, and working effectively together to enable each employee and the department to succeed.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree/Post Graduate in Business/Finance/Economics or any related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ Corporate Relations experience in FSI International Industry
  • Strong business acumen, with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Proven track record of reaching sales goals.
  • Strong leadership ability with customers and associates.
  • Consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create innovative business solutions that drive value and create growth.
  • Must be proactive and passionate with a dedication to industry leadership.
