  1. Design assessments in line with FAA’s programmeand standards requirements.

  2. Conducts a variety of assessments to ensure conformance to FAA’s standards. 

  3. Be accountable for each assessment to ensure that the findings are robust and provides justifiable conclusions and recommendations.

  4. Ensures assessments are effectively managed with completion meeting defined timescales, including the production of assessment reports in accordance to FAA requirements.

  5. Communicates clearly and effectively to the outcomes of the assessment to the relevant stakeholders and provides information on the next action plan.

  6. Designs, develops, and evaluates learning outcomes of the training programmes.

  7. Designs and develops learning policies and guidelines.

  8. Utilises adult learning techniques in the development and delivery of learning & training plans and curriculum.  

  9. Selects appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as ADDIE in the development of learning and training curriculum and materials.

  10. Develops learning and training manuals, and other educational materials. 

  11. Enhance training and learning contents and initiatives to ensure that objectives are met
